Refund Policy

THE SHORT VERSION

⚠️ No refunds will be issued if you purchase the wrong version of SlapWin. Please read the compatibility list carefully before buying.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

✅ You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

The app fails to launch on a supported device listed on our website.
Your license key does not activate despite being unused.
You experience a critical, reproducible bug that prevents the app from functioning, and our support team cannot resolve it.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

❌ Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Wrong version purchased: Buying Standard when you need Gaming Edition (or vice versa). The warning popup exists for this reason.
Change of mind: "I don't want it anymore" is not a valid refund reason.
Unsupported hardware: If your specific laptop model does not have a compatible accelerometer, the app may not detect slaps. This is a hardware limitation, not a software bug.
Requests after 7 days: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Activated keys: If you have already used your license key, refunds are at our discretion.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

Email us through our Contact page with the subject line: "Refund Request"
Include your Gumroad order ID or license key
Describe the issue you're experiencing

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

Bundle Refunds

If you purchased the "Get Both" bundle, a full refund covers both editions. Partial refunds for individual editions within a bundle are not available.
